The amazing bathroom and comfortable and ideal room. The continental breakfast with tasted home made, pastries plus the croissants. Brilliant spot just off several Underground stops and the theater district.

The location couldn't be better, with the British Museum just a short walk away and a tube station right across the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my birthday celebration extra special with a card and gift. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed and high-quality towels. I was also impressed by the amenities, such as the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The on-site dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area providing great food and drinks. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommend this hotel to all!

The room was spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for a Christmas stay. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the staff was kind and helpful. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the main shopping street and public transport.
The heating system didn't work properly and the room was too cold, making it uncomfortable to stay in. the wifi was spotty and often disconnected, making it difficult to work and communicate with family during the holidays.

The hotel is located in a quiet and nice area, next to the British Museum and with several theatres on West End nearby. the Russel Square tube stop is just a few steps away. the rooms are spacious, clean, modern and with comfortable beds. the showers are big, some with bathtubs. the staff is polite, helpful and welcoming. the breakfast offers a good selection of fresh food, including pastries that taste homemade. the hotel's lounge area is stylish and cozy, perfect for relaxing.
The air conditioning in some of the rooms is not great.

Great location, just a few steps from the main train station. The room overlooking the street had a nice view and the Christmas decorations were very festive. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure.
The room was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage. The heating was difficult to regulate and the room was uncomfortably warm at times.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
